Roban la identidad de una ambulante y cometen millonaria estafa

Su nombre es Antonio Cancino y es vendedor ambulante en la vereda del Colegio Guillermina y fue victima de robo de identidad para robar mas de un millon de pesos.
El hombre denunció que fue víctima de un robo de identidad por parte de una banda radicada en Buenos Aires, que utilizó su nombre para realizar diferentes operaciones comerciales y bancarias por una cifra cercana al millón de pesos.

El denunciante señaló que el hecho le impide cobrar un plan social al que había accedido hace algunos años porque los estafadores lo inscribieron en la AFIP como monotributista.

«Me robaron la identidad en Buenos Aires, pusieron un negocio que supuestamente era mío, abrieron una cuenta en el Banco Credicoop y empezaron a librar cheques sin fondos», comentó a Télam Antonio Cancino, que tiene 58 años y desde hace 30 trabaja como vendedor ambulante de helados durante el verano y de pochoclo en el invierno.

El humilde trabajador viene luchando desde 2011 para demostrar que no es responsable de las maniobras realizadas por los delincuentes y actualmente espera que el juez federal número 2 de Tucumán, Fernando Poviña, se declare incompetente y remita las actuaciones a un juzgado de Buenos Aires para que avance la investigación.

Voceros de los tribunales federales locales le confirmaron a Télam que las pericias caligráficas realizadas a Cancino dieron negativas, lo que corrobora que las firmas que aparecen en los documentos no fueron realizadas por él.

Los problemas para Cancino comenzaron en 2012 cuando se descubrió que Cancino figura inscripto en la AFIP como monotributista y se procedió a darle de baja un plan social al que había accedido.

Meses después se enfermó su esposa y gestionó en una financiera un préstamo para comprarle los remedios, que «eran muy caros», según explicó, pero no le fue acordado porque figuraba en el Veraz.

A partir de ahí comenzó su peregrinación por los tribunales federales, donde se fue enterando de los detalles de la estafa en la que había sido involucrado.

«Un día empezaron a llegar a mi domicilio cartas documento intimándome a pagar 89 cheques que habían sido librados sin fondos en la cuenta, por un monto de casi un millón de pesos», indicó Cancino.

Luego lo citaron del juzgado federal para hacerle las pericias caligráficas y comprobaron que no coincidía ni la firma ni la foto del documento presentado en el banco, aunque si eran correctos los datos de su domicilio en la capital tucumana y otro de Monteros, ciudad ubicada en el sur de la provincia, donde nació.

La situación «me ocasionó muchos problemas tanto familiares como económicos y lamentablemente mientras no se solucione el problema no se puede hacer nada. Sigo trabajando como vendedor ambulante porque no tengo otros ingresos», explicó.

«Mi esposa murió hace algunos meses, tengo a mi cargo a tres de mis seis nietos porque la madre los abandonó y con mi hijo nos arreglamos para trabajar y cuidarlos», contó el vendedor ambulante.
